Ophir believes in harnessing the holistic benefits of natural botanical ingredients to nourish and support the skin’s own healing and rejuvenating processes. We offer products using quality botanical ingredients that are kind to the skin, uplift the senses and deliver nourishment and the antioxidant benefits of tea.

Our products are formulated and made especially for Ophir in Sri Lanka to take advantage of the island’s wealth of fine natural ingredients and products, including herbs, botanical extracts, oils and essences.

They contain absolutely no harsh chemical detergents nor synthetic additives, preservatives, colourings or fragrance enhancers. Our products are never tested on animals.

As our products are handmade with natural ingredients, slight variations between batches of our products may occur. They should be protected against light and heat.

Ophir uses high quality pure essential oils in its formulations not just because these ingredients smell nice but for their proven aromatherapy and botanical benefits. Essential oils are the oldest and some of the most powerful therapeutic agents known to man.

While synthetic fragrances and oils with fragrance enhancers may deliver a pleasant scent, they will never offer the true therapeutic benefits of a complex natural essential oil. Natural essential oils work to help to bring the body into balance, helping the body's natural defenses to restore homeostasis and allowing the skin to boost its own health and vibrancy.
